An academic program for students 3-6 years old.

Multilingual Environment

Incorporating French, Mandarin, and Spanish into daily lessons, Montessori schools nurture not only language skills but also cultural awareness, cognitive flexibility, and global citizenship. This approach aligns with Montessori’s commitment to offering a comprehensive education that prepares children for success in an interconnected world.

Child-Centered Approach

In contrast to traditional classrooms where all children must focus on the teacher, our approach centers on the individual child. Teachers observe each child’s interests, behaviors, and needs closely, engaging with them at their level, whether individually or in small groups, rather than leading from the front.

A Mixed-Age Classroom

Our individualized curriculum allows each child to progress at their own pace within a mixed-age classroom. Younger children learn by observing older peers, while older children develop leadership skills and self-confidence by guiding and supporting their younger classmates.

The Gift of Choice

Children are introduced to a wide array of activities and concepts through individual and small group lessons. However, the most profound learning happens when they independently choose, explore, and refine these activities on their own.

Hands-On Materials

Montessori’s scientifically designed materials provide children with the opportunity for tactile learning. By engaging with these materials, children make abstract concepts like math more concrete, establishing a solid foundation for their future academic growth.

Group Activities and Play

Although much of the day is dedicated to independent work, there are also opportunities for group activities and collaborative play. Teachers often gather students for songs or stories that explore cultural, scientific, or historical themes, while outdoor exploration and physical activity are also prioritized.

One Size Does Not Fit All

Rather than adhering to a rigid, age-based curriculum, our teachers tailor lessons to each child's unique developmental stage. This ensures that every child is challenged appropriately, not by a set standard, but by their own abilities, allowing for optimal growth.

Kindergarten Included

Montessori education is a continuous journey, with children building on their experiences each year. Your child will remain in the Primary classroom for three years, including the traditional “kindergarten year,” when learning truly flourishes. This is when foundational skills in reading, writing, math, geometry, and geography take root, along with a lifelong love for learning. At the end of this journey, they will be ready to transition into the Elementary Program, designed for children ages 6 to 9.
